PLATFORM — Web

CONTEXT

Silpo is one of Ukraine’s largest retail networks, including supermarkets, restaurants, logistics centers, and office teams. However, the existing job search webpage was overloaded and difficult to navigate.

The goal was to make the platform more user-friendly. Thus, when redesigning the platform, the primary focus was on helping people find their way around, understand which career path suits them, and connect with the people behind the company. This led to a more human-centered approach, built on the principles of transparency, accessibility, and maintaining corporate culture.

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE

Redesigned the careers experience around a single question of “Is this role right for me?” and restructured vacancy discovery, filtering, and application flows to answer it as early as possible. Introduced scannable job cards, simplified navigation, location-aware vacancy browsing, alternative entry points for undecided candidates, and a stronger employer-brand narrative of the company.
