VLAD BYTOV | Designer
Lately, I've been thinking a lot about why we still need designers at a time when AI can generate almost everything the designers used to create. And somehow, I thought about the milk we buy.
The truth is that most of the milk is homogenized. It is collected from many farms, mixed together, and put out on the market. As a result, there is no uniqueness in it.
But if you go to a single farm and get milk from one specific cow, it will have its distinct taste and aroma. Because that particular cow ate certain things and lived a certain life.
AI works in a similar way. It draws from everything and ends up producing homogenized design.
That is why we still need designers: Because they give the product its distinct taste and aroma.
